根据他们说得意思就是 Case 在办事员手上，但是事儿没办。是这么个意思吧。反正不
怎么抱希望咯。
SR 说：
Your case is currently with an adjudicating officer. You should receive a
decision or notice of further action within 60 days.
议员说：
It had not been preadjudiated and is currently pending.
blahblahblah 就是说没名额了。 Numbers will once again be available for this
Employment category beginning October 1, 2015 under their FY-2016 annual
numerical limitation. Visa requests for the remaining applications that are
not allocated visa numbers will be placed in the DOS “pending” demand file
.
