RFE 是7月14日就收到了。还没有消息,前两天给律师写了封邮件。下面是他的回复。At
this point you can only hope for the best. I know there is a great deal
of discussion between AILA and SCOPS (Service Center Operations) regarding
the request for RFEs and the regression.
Again the issue is the medical. If a second medical was requested, the
Officer should have requested a visa number to be assigned to the case. I
don't know if anything will come of it but some have said there may be a
class action law suit.
