版上的华人律师一般都免费评估的。另外律师不一定要找本地的。如果是公司sponsor
办1B的话，一般即使你找外面的律师评估了也需要公司律师同意才行，公司的律师一般
比外面的律师挑剔一些。以上纯属个人看法。

我收到的RFE和你一样（主副相同），除了没有最后那句缺页的提示。
“Please submit a copy of your birth certificate showing your parentage,
which has been registered with the proper civil authorities of the country
of your birth. “
交485的时候律师交的是复印件，我估计他们中文看不懂很可能封面之类的都没有包括
进去。
我的处理方法是和律师商量后这次直接把原件交了上去。现在移民局显示收件后近两个
礼拜了也没有再发新的RFE，供你参考。

我就说uscis官老爷想怎么玩你就怎么玩你，以后直接官网上面要求“gongzhengchu”
的可能也是有的
这下好了，按照版上最流行款“4页公证”的筒子们都欲哭无泪了
以后流行款式可能就要封面和封底全部复印外加自己再附上这两页的翻译。。。
好比护照和结婚证， 你可以不复印封面，也可以复印，
至于uscis官老爷会不会说你 "missing a page" 那就看它们心情了

我觉得交原件最保险，页数和次序都不会乱。原件在公证处想开多少份都行，留着也没
意义。

翻译，就会以为少交了一页英文翻译。

是啊，中文公正书封面上加上英文就没这问题了。遇到没有经验的IO，就可能导致RFE。
