Today got a text of case update and went online and see my status is changed
to:
New Card Is Being Produced
On October 22, 2015, we ordered your new card
这个就是绿了吧 (case is for I485 and I already received EAD, so the new card
should be only for green card right?)
Timeline:
EB3, NSC,
PD: 7/15/2011
RD: 6/1/2015
RFE for I-140 7/15/15, Responded 9/14/15, I140 approved 9/28.
No RFE for I485
I was only able to submit SR yesterday --- I've been trying to call to try
to submit SR since it's passed 4 months of normal processing time but wasn't
able to, they said they're looking at cases for RD up to 5/2/15. Yesterday
I was able to submit SR and today new card is issued!
