EB2 485 pending不足180天被laid off, 已收到EAD/AP, 目前正在重找工作，有潜在
offer,但是记得EB2申请有prevailing wage的要求，问题是找新的工作是否年薪不能低
于以前的工作？如果offer来了但年薪还不如以前高，是否应该接受？主要是担心如果
来了EVL的RFE，是否会要求出示年薪的证明或pay stub之类的材料？
另外如果换一个城市找工作，是否还得根据新的城市对EB2要求的prevailing wage来考
虑接受offer?

i think the new job should pay at least the PW indicated on your PERM or 140
. Higher pay with the new job is okay as long as it is not outrageously
higher.If it is lower in the beginning but it will be increased by the
estimated time of REF to match up the PW for the region, i think it is okay.
I think the new location should be factored in, such as a metro city
demands higher pay because of living cost.
Hopefully someone here had the same experience can tell you more preciously.
This is just what I assume.

其实大伙都对这个问题比较迷惑。我看AC21只是说不要significant different的wage
就可以，所以可高可低，但是为了保险，很多人都说起码PW水平。

非常感谢您的仔细回复，我大致的原则了解了，新工作应该很难比原来的工作pay的高
很多，只要不比原来低我就很满足了。

多谢回复，我想再问一句，一般EVL的REF会要求提供年薪和近期pay stub吗？
