你担心的是什么呢？是AP有效性？还是移民官对AP比签证有更大裁量权？前者只要你的
485还在pending，AP没过期就没关系，当然确实作为pending案例有随时被拒的理论可
能性，比起已经批准的签证而言。后者的话移民官对于AP自由裁量权更小，例如依照
BIA 2012年的案例，AP不触发unlawful presence inadmissibility。又假设一个极端
的情况，假如你是在h1B上，你在境外，公司某天突然解雇了你并且通知了USCIS, 那你
当天在理论上就有可能无法入境，虽然实际通常不可能这么快反映出来。但是使用AP则
不存在这样的情况，即使USCIS收到你的公司撤销的H1B，进而向你要求EVL RFE, 你仍
然有一段时间答复，在此期间你的485继续有效。
我个人倾向于有非移民身份可用则尽量用，而不是用parole，以为长久万全之策，不过
就入境那一瞬间而言，除了可能小黑屋带来不便，被拒绝入境的概率小于等于签证

谈恋爱时说感觉，随性，真正要长久一起了就是要刻意经营了。
为什么谈恋爱的时候会记得生日，精心安排惊喜，过一段日子想买点礼物做点事情让对

而且明文规定'vacation is not a valid reason'
回国探亲当然可以算一个‘人道主义’理由。但南美很难说通了。当然实际上貌似基本
不管。

对啊。爱还是要做出来的。要是一点时间、努力都不付出，或者不乐于付出，感情也确
实就淡了。至于反过来说时间长了变亲情其实是骗自己和伴侣的，怎么很多人和孩子处
个20年还更愿意付出了，而对伴侣就可以敷衍了事？还是priority太低。既然自己不把
感情需求当作一个需要努力获得的东西，也就不要奢望自己心里和婚姻里会有爱情。

明文规定那条是给daca的吧，而且这些影响的是uscis是不是给你AP, 是uscis的
discretion, 对于cbp而言并没有区别，除非他认为你fraudulently获得了AP

谢谢详细分析！我也觉得按照ap的用处来说。怕是怕ap不能用于旅游，但是又想不通入
境时候他们能咋办，毕竟感觉身份合法呀。。

yes, you can transfer the points between this card and FIA
you can even transfer the points to another person as long as you have his/

Actually you do not need to invest in Merrill Edge, as far as I know, you
only need to keep an average balance of 100k or 50k in your boa account(
checking + saving) to qualify for the status.

达到这个Tier的话，点数超2500就可以1：1兑 现，现金回报率是2.625%，50K+存款是2
.25%，普通帐户1.65%。有50k以上存款，回报率就基本超过2.22%的Arrival+和2-4%的
Flexperks。Arrival只能买票换酒店不能兑 现；Flexperks去做kiva积点可能更快些，
也只能买票，且要换价格接近$400，600，800...这样的票价值最大。

in either FIA or BofA account, click "view my rewards", you'll be on a page
that has a button that says "transfer points" or "transfer worldpoints"
click on that, enter the credit card account number to check eligibility.
Good news! The account you checked, ***, is eligible for a reward Points
transfer from your account.
Minimum: 1 Points Maximum: 500000 Points

Has anyone tried this? I got $500 for $100,000. I am thinking whether I

老余，既然BOA也是WORLD POINT，为什么不直接用点定机票，却转到FIA再定。

I couldn't figure out a way to do that in BofA online account. Seems like
you can only redeem points to cover travel purchases charged on the card.

up to $470 with visa versus $400 with FIA AMEX

that's actually a question on my mind....
I'd still rather hold the fid amex version since I don't have other good
universal 2% card....but I know you have boa travel....so it might really
make sense for you, if you don't care about the earning side.

I'd like to make several clarifications:
1. TR points are worldpoints. points can be transferred between TR card and
FIA AMEX or Visa card
2. no additional 10% bonus
Rewards Totals:
Total Rewards 22,887
Base Rewards 1,649 ($1,649 spending)
Bonus Rewards 21,238 (20,000 bonus + 1,649 x 75%)
3. don't park $100,000 in deposit account that has next to zero interest
rate. put the money in Merrill Edge investment or retirement account
4. up to 100 free equity and EFT trades per month, not $100.

there are rumors that Fido may end relationship with BofA, so may be better
just wait and see for the time being
