15年3月11号交的NIW I-140. 本人基本情况， 有phd，最后一篇文章发表是2009年，
citation在交的时候有210，现在有250。 本人现在在美国做住院医生。昨天收到
reference如下：
The citation data from Google Scholar indicates that the beneficiary has not
published a scholar article since 2009. Performance of primary clinical
duties cannot be considered national in scope, because the impact is limited
to the patients treated by the doctor. The petitioner did not submit
evidence to show how whether the beneficiary's residency program includes
research, clinical duties, teaching, or other administrative duties.
Please provide a sworn statement from the beneficiary specifying the
approximate number of hours per week that will be spent in the following
areas: (1) Clinical care, diagnoses, and related duties; (2) Research; (3)
Teaching and/or developing curriculum; (4) Administrative roles; (5) any
other professional activities.
In addition to but not in lieu of the requested sworn statement, the
petitioner may submit other evidence to demonstrate that the beneficiary's
contributions will impact national-level benefits.
另外在提交材料的时候可以提供I-140提交以后的材料吗？
