我的EB3 current 12月1日，在11月10日，我做了网上SR transfer 从EB2 到EB3； 12
月1日，律师发信寄到Nebraska Center；12月10日，我联系国会众议员帮我确认是否
transfer成功；昨天让我提供EB3批准通知，提供后，今天回复如下：
The Nebraska Service Center (NSC) Congressional Unit has submitted the
applicant’s concerns, the supporting documentation will be included in the
immigration files. USCIS cannot process adjustment applicants ‘out of turn
’ or give them preferential treatment based on visa issues. These cases
will be assigned to an adjudications officer and will be processed in the
order in which they were received.
