大家好
今天收到USCIS 的RFE,Evidence of company's ability to pay the offered wage
must include, for the year(s) 2014 and 2015, Company annual report, U.S. tax
return including all schedules, or audited financial statements. May also
include copies of the beneficiary's W2 and pay stubs.
2014 tax return show that net income is 32332 net profit is 30121, my PW is
48001.

你现在的工钱（before tax)到prevailing wage了吗？到了的话就给你的w2以及
recent pay stubs 就好了

现在我是学生身份，出的是现金，并没有参与W2。所以比较怕。

I have similar issue, but my lawyer told me that as long as the equity (
asset minus liability) shown on the tax return is higher than the prevailing
wage, if should be fine

In 2015, our company has net incomearound 80,00 and net asset arround 70,000
. My PA is ,5/6/2015,will it be fine?

年收入80,000，年支出70,000？有点悬啊
这公司要存续了好几年还行，直接交公司税表和你的W2、月工资单等就行了
我在小公司，年收入6,000,000以上，交了公司税表、我的W2、最近12个月的工资单

不是吖，是年收入400w，纯利润8w今年。然后我的pd是今年五月六。但上一年年收入
350w纯利润才三万所以被RFE了

利润低于年薪确实容易招RFE，你要证明公司能稳定存在，并且有能力支付。所以提供
税表、商业计划、订单的一切可以证明收入的材料，希望能顺利通过
在485的时候还会再RFE一次的

去年税表已经交了，尽是纯利润3w多，2015税表一般要16年九月份才有。现在RFE
deadline是3月19,我该怎么办。本人现在出的是现金，因为是F1身份

：利润低于年薪确实容易招RFE，你要证明公司能稳定存在，并且有能力支付。所以提供
：税表、商业计划、订单的一切可以证明收入的材料，希望能顺利通过

建议找个移民律师咨询吧，你这种情况很麻烦，要么找个大点的公司交，要么别交，现
在感觉材料很麻烦。只能从公司角度想办法证明
如果提到你有工作，而且是现金，可能会认为偷税以及身份违例（F1不允许工作，除非
OPT），所以尽量别提
