I have attended for little over an hour.
Basically, Aman kapok has clearly mentioned (He and his team attended couple
of meetings with WH & USCIS) that there is a cartel which forced USCIS to
mold the the actual rule and here we have the outcome.
IV received a memo, which they shared on FB as well (which supposed to be
rule but ....),
During Sept/Oct timeframe, USCIS started molding what they mentioned in the
memo due to external forces.
Anyway, now he has proposing to conduct FBI enquiry on how they have
proposed the rule which does not follow EOs.
Here is my proposal:
1. Provide Comments on http://www.regulations.gov/#!docketDetail;D=USC...
2. Clearly mention what you think and what you want it to be changed into.
3. How your proposal will help you and USA.
4. Make your friends aware about the comment period.
