在张罗485后180天跳槽的事。请问这个可能会实行的J表，其中有一部分需要原file
140的公司填写？我天，都跳槽了，前公司会配合吗。。。是RFE的时候会填J表instead
of EVL?

Look under "what evidence must you submit with supplement J" section
1. filing supplement J with the current employer (who originally filed the
140 and you are still working there, ) to confirm the job is bona fide, then
you file Parts 1, 2, 3, and the 140 petitioner files Parts 4, 5, 6.
2, change employement under AC 21 (port 485 to a new employer,such as after
585 pending over 180 days), you file Part 1, 2, 3 and the new employer file
Part 4, 5, 6 along with other required supplemental documentation (copy of
form i-797 and employer's letterhead descriing new job refered back in Part
5)
So, if you change job, only new employer will file out the new form with you
.
