标题: ！急求建议：老人要不要延期

公公已经退休。去年5月向单位报备，然后6月出来呆了2个月，8月回去。后来10月又出
来，今年4月够半年要回去。现在我们在商量延期。因为他单位要他回去1年内报到（有
人知道有这种制度么，必须回去么？）。所以现在要么
1. 他4月回去，然后报到完后再签证出来。或者
2. 给他延期到5月中回去（多6个星期），然后他回去报到完后再签证出来（或许不出
来了也说不定）。
哪种方案较好啊？还有，有规定下次签证必须要在中国呆多久得吗？

刚刚收到信息，说我的 Status has been changed, 上网一查，发现：
“New Card Is Being Produced
On January 21, 2016, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number
LINxxxxxxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go
to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.”
这应该是 GREEN 吗？

Mar/2014 第一次排期到，485 交上去了后，刚通过 BACK GROUND CHECK，排期马上倒
退，等了将近两年于今年2016年一月排期又到，一月第一天上班马上收到信息说RFE信
已寄出。要体检，公司信和G325 表。两天搞定马上寄出，才等了两周不到就GREEN了？
正在联系议员催GREEN，看来是不必了。
在美近10年，等得很苦逼，之中滋味只有我们这些等过的人才有深切体会。诚心愿各位
早GREEN！

现在看来2012的PD还算好，等了不到4年
15年以后的就不知道多少年了
有时候想想花这么多时间去等个卡未必值得

正常，大部分情况都是批准后先 order card 然后转成批准状态。

另外，由于我不大用 MITBBS，所以对这儿的网页不熟，到今天才知我有几个发给我信
箱的信息，在此多谢 laocunmin 网友去年对我问询帖的回复，你真是位好人！
在此我也顺便回答一下几个问询帖：
我没去做 RS，也还没等到去找议员催绿 485 就被 APPROVE 了。从回复 RFE 到 485
APPROVE 两周时间都不到，好象是现在他们处理的速度加快了。也许我的背景调查上次
倒退前已做好了，所以这次再 CURRENT 时不用做什么，就快了。
