B - Concurrently filed with I-140 - I-140 has been approved but I-485 has not been adjudicated yet. C - Non-concurrently filed after approval of I-140, I-485 has not been adjudicated yet. D - I-485 has been adjudicated but a visa is not available due to retrogression (pre-adjudicated). USCIS Inventory = B + C + D For DOS Consular Processing: X - I-140 approved but not yet received by NVC from USCIS. Y - I-140 received by NVC but not yet documentarily qualified (fee has not been paid, request for documents not yet sent or received, necessary processing procedures of the consular office have not been completed). Z - I-140 received by NVC and is documentarily qualified. Demand Data = D + Z
