We are a couple that has been married for ten years.

我打算先用之前EB2拿到的工卡工作，新工作可能和以前工作被移民局当成不类似的工
作。那还能一边用工卡工作一边用新工作重新申请EB2或3吗？谢谢

移民局没有rfe你的时候都是ok的，rfe了你87天拿不出same or similar 的evl你的485
就会悲剧，你的工卡也随之作废了
