上周四找congressman, 今天收到USCIS给议员的查询回复：
U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) records show that the
priority date of the cases for which your constituents are inquiring is
currently available and that USCIS is processing the case. If after 60 days
from the date of this email USCIS has not notified your constituents
regarding the status of these cases, please feel free to contact our office
to request the status.
这表示background和name check已经结束了吗？
也没有看到这我的case已经到了officer手中。我的RD是7/6/2015, PD 08/2012, EB2
没有降级。

有很大的可能是这样的，至少name check已经结束了，USCIS不需要再等FBI那边了。

后来自己又做了SR，上个月底催来了一个体检的RFE，交了后到目前为止没有任何更新
，也不知收到了没有。
