最近收到485 RFE，其中之一如下
UNLAWFUL PRESENCE--
Submit evidence to establish that you did not accrued unlawful presence
during the period beginning on January 1, 2012 and ending on December 31,
2013. This evidence may include the following—
a) Proof of lawful status or parolee;
1. A photocopy of Approval Notices (Form I-797) for all extension and change
of status
2. A photocopy of the Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant (F-1)
Student Status (Form I-20)
3. A photocopy (fromt and back)of your Arrival/Departure Record (Form I-94)
b) Proof that you did not accrue unlawful prrsence because of statute
c) Proof that you did not accrue unlawful presence because of USCIS
policy
有人收到过类似的RFE吗？在那段时间我先是H1后来转成F1。应该提供哪些文件回复这
个RFE？多谢！
