领导的pd是02/13，她作为我的副申请人
看到排期倒退，有点不淡定了
请问能让领导再file一份eb3的485吗（我为副）？

NSC/TSC 给了relink(他们叫transfer，没有使用term relink or interfiling) 方法
。适用于：
1. Spouse 之间的485 transfer （eg， principal husband and derivative wife
filed I-485 based on husband's EB-3. Now they want to switch derivative wife
to a principle based on her own EB2 I-140 approval）
2. 专门给EB2->3 China的： Many Chinese clients "filed another I-140 under
EB3 classification and submitted their I-485 concurrently based on visa
availability under EB3.", "What is the best way to notify NSC that the
applicant now would like to go for EB2 instead of EB3 for his/her pending I-
485 application."
