上星期（按照置頂貼的介紹）打了個電話，和tier 1說我需要查一下485和新降級的eb3
140有沒有連在一起。tier 1說這個需要tier 2。讓我留了個電話說打回來。等了大概
1-2個小時的樣子，tier 2的小哥說他也沒法知道具體情況，需要幫我做一個SR。
