I think this has nothing to do with LCA submission. This is a service to
disclose all LCAs to public. I think they suspend this service to allow more
resource on the LCA filing.
I know there are people who submitted LCA last week. You can see some cases

The lawyer told me that my LCA was created and will let employer post it.
"Created" means that it should be able to be checked on iCert ? right ?
How to check the LCA status ? certified or not ?
Any help would be appreciated.

Attorney started H1-B renewal process on 10/14, and all documentations with
LCA were sent to HR on 10/25.
