目前 EB23 485交表已过一年。主申请人有可能海归。这种情况下，配偶基于主申请人
的EAD还有效吗？一定是不能延期了。请问能否用到过期活至少在主申请人辞职后一两
个月打理准备全家的搬迁？

as long as her I-485 is not denied, her EAD can be renewed. Once your I-485
is denied or withdrawn, her derivative I-485 is considered denied too.

Thank you for the reply. We are not thinking of renewing EAD. Did you imply
that (after main 485 applicant's resignation) derivative EAD can still be
used before it expires? Thanks again,
