有h1b transfer,但感觉AC21 porting属于没事找事,本来uscis没注意到你的case,
结果你一port,被发现了,trigger了485的rfe。
会不会这种情况。

If you have H-1 option, I would personally chose that over AC21

If you use your H1b not your EAD, I don't think you need to AC21 porting.
Your new job is based on the H1-B.
One company can sponsor your green card before you even work for them. In
your case, as long as you have not used your EAD and still on H-1B. Your new
employer has nothing to do with your 485 application.
If you used your EAD in your new employer, then you have to porting, because
your work is based on EAD and you changed your employer. Your are the
beneficiary of AC21.
