H1已经延过一次了，没法再延了。下面是律师给我的信：
The approval of your EB-1B will not make you eligible for an H-1B extension,
because your immigrant visa priority date will be current, making you
eligible to apply for permanent residence. This is why your I-485
application (and the associated applications for a work permit and for
travel documents) should be submitted with the EB-1B petition, to ensure
that your EAD is issued as quickly as possible. In any event, given the
likely processing time of 60-90 days for an EAD, it is unlikely that the EAD
will be issued before your H-1B expires, so you would need to stop working
on February 10, and would not be able to resume work until your EAD is
approved and in hand.
这意思就是即使我的140批了，我肯定有一段时间要out of status了？可是我记得140
批了就可以续3年H1了？同时交485有意义吗？140批下来再交也花不了几天吧？尤其是
可以先准备好材料等着。
这个律师有时也不太靠谱，上次还跟我说NIW可以加急。
