Update: just received whole package back, 降级双飞 rejected (both I-140 and
485 for main applicant and dependent)
what should do next?
is it because I put EB2 I-140 A number on 485? my lawyer asked me to do so.
I-140 packaged is returned too...
What should do next? resend the package? if so, should I reprint everything?
since all forms (except 140 forms) are marked with USCIS print notes at the
bottom...
EB2-EB3 downgrade, file 140 and 485 concurrently with spouse application on

29, spouse just received this on Dec 12, is this 485 Receipt Notice?
Why major applicant not receive anything, but spouse received this? Is this
because major applicant file on (h) rather than on (a)? None of the two
checks have been encashed yet...
"Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Nebraska Service Center
for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your
official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number LINxxx, With
the official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) you may visit www.uscis.gov where
you can check the status of your case using My Case Status. We suggest you
wait until you have received your Form I-797 before checking My Case Status."
這算怎樣了，入門了？ 還要擔心485第二排期是否在140批准以後current 並honor 麼?
