之前是visa ,今天收到了时master card, 更奇怪是online 激活时显示要输入pin, 并

被雷，为保绿卡，保持冷静并运用一切资源，将离职日期延到 2018/5/28, eb2 PD
2014/5/5,140 approved 2015年7月，485not file yet. please help
上司不妥我，2018/5/28一定得走人。本来今年就要被雷了，幸好自己用法律帮助自己
，给延了一年。为保绿卡只好忍。单位律师说current就可以自费降级eb3。想请教，按
现在的情况，有可能今年年底之前file 新的140和485？是不是485receipt date 到
2018/5/28够 180天，同时新的工作和现在的工作一样，就安全了？
唉，生活不易，多谢了！

嗯，我建议现在就降级，不要等到10月双飞485，你不知道到时候律师或者公司会出什
么幺蛾子，有了3类140，自己就可以file 485

多谢btfath，去年律师发了封信说能file eb3，然后说政策又变了，不能file了。今年
出了这事后，咨询了非单位的律师，他们建议file niw。问了单位律师一下（当然没说
要离职的事，不知hr何时才会与移民律师联系。手上有contract到2018年5月），律师
说要等current才能file。单位律师建议自费file eb1,我问需要单位什么证明，律师说
直接上司点头就行。我没接话，因为就是这个直接上司要我走。

这么长时间，换个工作重办perm，140下来刚好差不多排期也到了。

因为你的last day是固定的，不知道你的公司是否给你开EVL。

你的有可能10月份按第二排期 file 485. 运气好的话可以直接file 2 类的，不用你再
降级了。
