打算让岳母过来
但是现在突然发现岳母的签证11月2号过期（她现在在美国，但是5月初回国，去年12月
初来的）
我们打算让她10月初再过来，但是因为她签证11月2号过期，移民局会给六个月的停留
时间么？还是只给到签证过期(11/2)?

去年9月接到面试通知，因为当时体检已经过期，所以重新做了个体检，谁知面试最后
时刻被取消了，体检结果也就一直束之高阁了。试问如果我现在接到medical RFE, 还
可以用那个体检报告么？(貌似体检报告是一年有效)，还是必须在接到RFE后重新做一
个？

体检报告是一年有效， 但是你得make sure两件事
1. 淋病的尿检查了吗
2. 最近体检报告form 有没有更新。

我收到的RFE 要求只用能03/30/2015 edition of I-693。还有，effective Augst 1,
2016, all Civil surgeons must follow the new Gonorrhea Component of CDC/s
Technical Instructions for the Examination Aliens in the United States.
Please confirm the above two points to make sure they are met.

Q. We know the medical exams are valid for one year, and the exception
allowing them to remain valid beyond one year has passed. There remains a
question as to whether the exams are valid for one year from the date it was
signed by the physician, or one year from the date it is submitted to TSC.
Can you clarify?
A. Exams must be submitted to TSC within one year from the date it was
signed by the physician. Once exams have been submitted to TSC, it remains
valid for one year from the date it is received by TSC.

你从那里引用的？我的RFE上有类似的一段话，但是告诉我this policy, however,
expired on May 31, 2014. 如果是最新的或者直接从现在USCIS网站上引用那就好了。
建议楼主自己确认为好。
