小弟的I-140收到RFE， 要之前雇主的工作证明，可是我毕业后一直没换过公司，现在
的公司是我的第一个雇主。这种情况I-140是不是要denied了，因为我拿不出前雇主证
明。

我不知道为什么会收到这个RFE，不知道是不是和当时公司填的Permanent Employment
Certification 上有关job description的那项有关系。

你的perm广告有两年工作经验啥的没？ 赶紧去问你的律师当时是怎么糊弄的，这个按
道理perm的时候就会被审查的.

perm广告如果写了有两年工作经验类似的话，就还是要前雇主证明信的。

你这应该是Perm 的 audit 吧，140 没听说过还有这种RFE的。

现在公司律师也要求我提供证明，看拿到当时Perm的申请表，感觉背后有点冒冷汗。

如果OPT是同一家公司应该不能算在内吧。
