没有140的copy, 律师只告诉了个receipt 的 号码，LIN的号码，用来在网上查状态用

律师就是慢,估计由于EB3前进半年，律师忙那边忙不过来了。实际上公司不管这事，反
正我自己交给律师钱就行了。上次PP就是这样搞的.

请问自己提交需要公司老板签字同意吗？还有费用需要多少？我刚刚办了140，PP的钱
自己给的，不知道降级需要多少钱？申请费和加急费

降级 means your employer files an EB3 I-140 petition for you based on an EB2
PERM, and you need your employer's signature for the I-140 petition.
The cost includes the application fee, premium processing fee (if you want),
and legal fee (if it is done by an attorney).
