4月份的EB3刚好把我包括在内，之前eb2已approve, PD 2014/07/01
公司律师同意降级，说可以concurrent filing I140/485, 但不可以premium file
I140, 请问大牛是否这样是正常的，万一排期一退新I140没有批，485还算提交了吗？

律师原话：
“We will file the I-140 concurrently with the AOS application as we will
not be able to file the I-140 via premium processing due to timing
restrictions."

为什么不能pp? 不明白什么叫“Due to timing”?

排期退了没关系，只要最后EB3 140批准了，485就有效。
先让公司律师马上把140和485准备好，4月初一起交了，等140拿到Receipt后，再和律
师说PP的事。
