我的降级140 直接pp，送达nsc已经14天了。律师说她们还没收到140的receipt。我拜
托hr查看check是否被cash，暂时还没人理我。
我这个情况是不是很可能pp被拒了？
那为什么律师说她既没有收到receipt，也没有收到reject的文件和退还的支票？
请有类似经历的朋友帮忙解答一下，不胜感激！

In general, it is normal to get the receipt within 30 days. Be patient.
BTW, did you send two checks, one for 140 fee and the other for PP fee?
If yes, your 140 can be processed normally even the PP might be rejected. If
not, your whole package might be returned if USCIS does not accept the PP
request.

我不知道她们给了几张check，看来只有等hr帮我查一下了。
