USCIS electronic records indicate that an element of the background check
process in your constituents’ permanent residency cases is not yet complete
. After this process is complete, the Alien Files (A-Files) containing your
constituents’ Forms I-485 may be referred to an administrative review
which will facilitate the return of these cases to an officer for
adjudication at the Nebraska Service Center (NSC).
