周围大部分人都是公司帮做或自己找律师做的，没问到最后寄i-140 package里面都寄
了些什么材料？网上的相关资料也不多，所以上来求一个checklist和cover letter。

This letter is being submitted in support of I-140 petition of ***(employer
name) for ***(your name).
A short paragraph to introduce your employer. For example, how many people,
the annual budget etc.
Please find enclosed the following documentation:
1. Form 140 with fee
2. Form I-907 with fee
3. General required evidence:
a) Original certified ETA form 9089, Case number No. A-***
b) Official record showing ***(your name) has an advanced degree
Appointment letter
Copy of highest degree and transcript
Curriculum Vitae
Other documents if you would like to provide
c) Ability to Pay
Letter from Financial officer with copies of financial reports
Copy of *** last earning statement
Other documents to prove your employer's financial status
