You should submit the oldest available additional evidence that establishes

or other notable religious documents. Religious documents must:
- Show the names of the parents;
- Date of birth;
- Bear an authorizing signature;
- Display the official stamp or seal of a religious body such as a church,
mosque, temple, or synagogue; and
- Show the date and place of the religious event.
- Affidavits: Written statements sworn to or affirmed by two persons, other
that yourself and the person for whom you are petitioning, who were living

are trying to prove. The persons making the affidavits may be relatives and

- His or her full name and address;
