informed that standard elements of the background check process have been
completed in the permanent residency cases.However, the Alien Files (A-Files
) containing your constituents’ Forms I-485 have not yet been returned to
an officer for further examination in the adjudication process at the NSC.
没看懂具体到哪一步了。这个“return to officer”指的是assign给officer？请高人
