让议院帮问了，上周末收到NSC Congressional Unit 回复
From a current review of USCIS electronic records, we are informed that the
standard elements of the background check process were completed in your
constituents' permanent residency cases; however, MS xx and Mr xx cases are
being referred to an additional review process at the NSC。 The adjustment
of form I-485 filed by your constituents will be temporarily held in
abeyance at NSC pending the completion of this process and receipt of the
necessary clearanc

EB2->EB3: EB3 140 approved 10/2017.
写信和online要求relink，还没收到回复，议院帮问，也没说是否relink成功，就提到
上面的additional review。
15年交485的时候已经被叫去面试过关于婚姻的。后来排期倒退就一直没有消息。
大家帮忙看看这个additional review是个正常的process还是暗示有什么要蛾子？
