下个月可以交485了，可不巧已经买了下月回国机票，要四月下旬才回来。
律师说如果执意回去AP肯定会被拒掉。
我现在考虑现在改回国计划早回国，然后赶在三月底前回美国，这样还可以交表。
还有其他选项吗？感觉如果不改原来行程计划，拖一个月再交表的话总是很不安心。

先交485，回来之后再申请AP嘛

同意，除非楼主属于交了485过后不能用签证回来的身份

AP跟485在一个包裹里交。
If you travel while the AP portion is pending, then USCIS will deny the
travel document.

USCIS有一个给AILA的备忘录，里面说了H、L身份的AP pending期间travel也不会导致
AP被拒，只不过即使在travel期间批下来，这一次travel也不能用AP回来
所以根据规定，AP不该被拒
只是在具体执行起来，有时候USCIS会错误的拒绝这些AP申请
不过即使拒了对你也没什么影响，就浪费几毛钱冲洗照片打印文档的钱
拒了等回来再申请一遍就是了

看来USCIS明确回复过这个问题。485和AP是绑定的，要出国的话没AP是不行的。

这个exception没有明确定义啊。
这份17年4月的AILA文档也描述了AP执行层面会有变动。
6. Section K of the February 20, 2017 DHS memorandum, “Implementing the
President’s Border Security and Immigration Enforcement Improvements Policy
,” states that pending issuance of regulations on parole, “appropriate
written policy guidance and training” regarding parole, including advance
parole, is to be provided to employees so that parole authority is exercised
“only on a case-by-case basis, consistent with the law and written policy
guidance.”

to the adjudication and issuance of advance parole, including advance parole
for individuals with pending adjustment of status applications?

My friend is on L visa got her AP denied because she traveled
internationally.
