我是2014年10月17日的EB2 PD，这个月EB2到了2014年8月1号，EB3到了2015年了
我的问题有下面几个
1。 降级的话，140加速有啥好处么？一定要结束么？
2. 律师说降级的话140PP有风险，原话是： Please be aware that due to very
recent action by USCIS there is a now a risk that USCIS may reject the
entire I-140/AOS application by submitting the request for premium
processing without the original labor certificate (PERM). While this has not
been an issue in the past, it has now become a possible issue going forward
. Therefore we are not recommending filing with the premium processing
request for EB-3 Downgrades.
3。如果不PP,要等多久呢？
4。EB2就差两个半月了，要不要再等等下个月，不降级呢？
5。EB2就差两个半月了，如果降级的话，还要不要PP EB3 140呢？
