Time Line:
PD： 2014年7月
RD： 2017年4月
面试： 2017年12月
面试过程不复杂，问了些基本情况和核对485上res and no 信息。之后面试官给了张
，上面勾选initial review, 因为当时排期没到。
请问还有2017年12月面试后到现在没有绿的吗？而且任何移民局网上的更新都没有。

感觉我们的case 好像已经石沉大海了似的。请问现在有什么办法可以吹绿呢？多谢！
等绿卡过程实在煎熬！！！

First, try to schedule an infopass at your local CIS officer to find out
whether case has been returned to the service center or is still in the
local office.

我们16年12月interview的，当时排期没到，然后就是渺无音信到现在。

我也是去年12月面试的，3月23号有个transfer notice, 又转回national benefit
center, 律师说可能是个好消息，附邮件：
“We received a notice from USCIS regarding your case and your wife’s case,
indicating that your applications have been transferred back to the
National Benefits Center (not Nebraska, the officer you spoke with at the
Infopass appointment likely misread “NBC” as Nebraska rather than National
Benefits Center) on 03/23/2018. No other information was provided, so my
guess is that the case was transferred back to the NBC to issue the green
cards since they cannot process the cards locally. I can’t say for sure,
but that is the only thing I can think of at this time—hopefully we will be
receiving good news soon.”

已经问过了。目前不在local 了。去了 NBC

大哥你是不是写错了？ 17年吧？

我做了
infopass
SR 两次。
打电话两次。
然后催了议员。
已经十多天了。除了知道case 到了 NBC 外，什么效果都没有。
朋友，排期在我后面。面试在我后面都已经拿到卡了。。。

没错，15年拿的485，很快排期倒退。16年排期没到就莫名其妙的安排了interview。然
后今年年初排期才又到了，可三个月了也没有反应。
谁知道移民局怎么安排工作的。

officer 了，只能等。

NSC is much better than NBC. You can make online SR or ask congressman/woman
for help.
(Some cases stay in NBC for months and no one knows what NBC is doing with
those cases.)

谢谢你的回复。
周一那个officer 说我们的case have already assigned an officer for review on
3/29 at NSC. This officer need to check three thing: finger print, medical
and visa number. If all those clear, he/she will make final decision.
但是，不知道这个officer 需要多长时间能处理到我们的文件。

我也是15交表。然后16年被连续RFE两次，其中一次还是体检。真是无语……

请问楼主和楼上各位朋友，面试完case被转回了NBC或者其他地方的话，没有status
update吗，网上状态或者纸质通知？我意思就是悄无声息就被从local office转走了？

谢谢回复，那看来面试完两三个月没消息的话，还得约个infopass之类的自己track一
下，免得case在哪都不知道

可能是绿了。

and select that you did not receive your notice by mail.
If your mailing address changes, update your address with us.
从做infopass 得知 3/29 assigned an officer at NSC 到 4/9 批准大概10天。
PD：7/2014
RD： 4/2017
ID： 12/2017
