producing状态后3天就收到卡了
一路坎坷,在板上受益良多,感谢各位的帮助
2月面试时被告知name check还在pending.
中间infor pass一次被告知同样pending. 然后给议员写过信催绿, 并且告诉议员代表
我的name check应该pending超过180天,要求uscis直接approval我的case(听说过有这
么一个规定但09年又被废除了, 当时想死马当活马医把,不妨一试)
没想到3月份就绿了, 议员现在还没有回复我uscis的response... 不确定是不是uscis
因为我nc pending 180天就直接让我绿的, 还是根本就没有nc,他们懒政的借口....

我按照RD算的, 最迟也过finger print 的时间. 具体是不是, 我觉得不重要,反正就这
么和议员还有uscis说呗, 碰运气
