Received a letter from USCIS stating that evidence submitted is not
sufficient to complete I-485 adjudication because my mom's I-693 was not
completed and signed, which the Doctor's Office said it was absolutely not
the case. I would like to get another copy and mail it to USCIS but the
USCIS letter also stated that:
You will be required to submit information and evidence to overcome the
aforementioned deficiencies at a later date.Please follow these instructions:
If you receive an interview notice in the mail, you must bring information
to address these issues to your interview appointment.
DO NOT MAIL DOCUMENTS. Mailing documents to this office may result in the
processing of your case.
The last sentence doesn't really make sense to me "may result in the
processing of your case."
Should I mail them a copy anyway or just have a copy ready and wait for the
interview notice? Will my mom get interviewed for sure in this case?
