Hi All,
My computer has no Chinese input, sorry about that.
I have a question about my AP status.
Now,I am holding H1B VISA, and my my combo card is approved recently. If I
want to go back China and enter USA using combo card, which visa I will be?
If I still work at the same place, still H1B ?
International Office told me I will be in AP status, does somebody know what
is the disadvantages of AP status?

不HP怎么知道5/24呢？

身份： AOS. No visa. 可以继续H1B。
下次renew 或者transfer H1B 重新进入H1 status

But if 485 get deny, there is no legal status unless the applicant apply for
H1B visa again, is that right?
