本人原装EB2 PD 11/14在麻省,上个月24号律师file485到错误的Arizona center, 发现
错误后律师在27号又重新file485到TSC。昨天收到邮件和短信第一次邮寄到Arizona错
误的case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS National Benefits Center
for processing. 第二次邮寄的那个485现在还没有任何消息。我需要联系USCIS取消第
二个申请吗？希望斑竹班花和其他同学指导。先谢谢大家。

Wait for a USCIS receipt or rejection notice for the 2nd package. You can do
noting without the receipt number.
By the way, who paid the application fee for the 2nd 485 application, your
lawyer or yourself?

Thanks Tiger! I received receipts for the first package, but nothing for the
second one. The law firm paid for the second filing. If I do received
receipts for the second package, do I need to inform the USCIS to withdraw
the second one? Me or the lawyer? Thanks very much.
