网上状态八月9号收到了 从此以后再也没有更新
照说今天应该是最后一天了

The day counting doesn't start on the package delivery date/receipt date,
but the date when USCIS reviewed and accepted the PP request.

移民局的网上状态经常不及时更新，短信通知和邮件通知更是不靠谱
我遇到过一次，H1延期PP15天了也没反应，联系律师问这种情况咋办，律师说移民局会
退钱。结果等到21天的时候approval hard copy收到了，一看批准日期，刚好在15天以
内。再去网上查状态，还没更新呢。
