Spring 2015, I was able to enter concourse C club using one-time pass for a
shower, soups. Concourse C club is actually #1 or #2 ranked domestic UA
clubs in my mind (although still far worse than East Asia UA clubs). But I
guess all ORD T1 clubs no longer allow one-time pass to enter.

不是no longer，是因为装修一直到今年的12/1前不接受。

The Global First Lounge will be closing June 16, 2016. We’re converting our
Global FirstSM Lounge to make way for the brand-new United PolarisSM Lounge
