infopass本来也没什么用处。还是找议员最直接

Well, you have to understand the following:
1. In the past, there is not much luck to get anything useful out of
infopass anyway, according to people that did it, so it is a waste of time
2. By doing the infopass, you consumed USCIS's resources especially human
power which could be spent more wisely, such as facilitating case processing
/interviewing.
3. You can still go thru you senator/congressman and call 800 or live chat
with Emma to find info.
All and all, we see a general trend of processing time being shortened,
which is a good news.
Think positive, man.
