收到 出生公证的 REF：
Submit a copy of the applicant's foreign birth certificate issued by the
appropriate civil authority. USCIS will only accept a long-form certificate
which lists at least one parent. If the document is in a language other than
English, you must submit a copy of the foreign language document and a
completed English translation.
背景： 我的出生公证和LD的格式一样，都是四页的白皮书，我们都交了原件，都交了
封面（现在知道傻啊。。）， 我的是小县城办的公证，LD是在北京办的。 现在是我的
出生公证被RFE， LD
的通过了。
求问： 我现在该怎么样解决？
1. 把白皮撕了，交 四页的复印件？我当时办了两份，现在手里还有一本副本。
2.找一个美国机构把这四页白皮书给翻译了，再寄去？
3. 找人帮忙在国内重新办？
