H4和H1一起批，EAD可能一起也可能晚个几天

如果 NAME CHECK 在 FP 之后的话，肯定是可以加点速的。至少给 NAME CHECK 多预留
了时间。

回一个，现在H4需要去USCIS biometrics （从今年3月开始的）, h1b pp 立即批，h4
and h4 ead 需要等biometrics，然后才能继续审批，感觉要两个月以上。

印度人网上上有不少例子，主要就是bio预约时间要等信来，然后按时间去按指纹，这
个就要一个多月。批准还是15天，所以加起来两个月

同问：在打指纹FP的notice上面写的 if you fail to appear as scheduled, your
application will be considered abandoned. 如果walkin算不算fail to appear as
scheduled？ 有没有收据可以留着以后备查？
另外请问walk-in 的前辈们是不是要提前打电话问问什么时候人比较少，可以walkin
还是就直接上门了？

那请问如果以前办过485 EAD已经取过指纹了, H4 EAD还需要biometrics吗?

They will stamp your fp notice, the operator will sign on the notice too.
No need to call, just go there, explain why you need to walk in.
