2015年的老PD了,485都快一年了.公司的律师强调好几次,所有和USCIS的communication
必须通过他们,不让我自己打电话去USCIS问进展.
8月给我们发RFE时,网上状态主副都是RFE,但我们只接到了副485的RFE,后来律师发了SR
问主485没接到RFE的事,8月底USCIS回复说网上状态是错的,从没给主485发过RFE,现在
一个月又过去了,可网上状态还是主485发了RFE,副485接到了RFE回复.让律师帮忙联系
USCIS查询为什么状态还是错的,另外请他们确保不影响485审批.律师两个礼拜前就说
work on it,至今没有回复,已经打算renew combo card了.
请教大家,是否应该撇开律师自己联系USCIS?打电话,SR,tier1/tier2,议员?有没有时间
线差不多的同学?我只想确定那个错误状态不会在一直block我的485审批吧?

许处理速度跟RD有关。
我早就有EB3的140了，打过多次电话要求降级，但是一直没有同意，说法是需要review
case的officer才可以。这个情况跟很多面试过才要求降级的不同。应该是我的case还
没有过review而且恰好在local，他们不让直接降级。
我觉得你打电话问agent应该一点事都没有，律师这么说有点怪。
现在有点讽刺的是降级对于我来说也没有意义了。
前段时间有人说RFE后如果waive interview, 一般60天批.

对于婚姻真实性有疑问的Case，很可能需要面试。这有可能是交了RFE但不能马上绿的
原因。
另外，你的RFE是回到USCIS的Field Office吗？

我朋友也是只rfe副申请人，关于婚姻真实性，他们提交后没多久就免面试绿了。只是

都说是a boa而不是your boa，不知道我理解有误没有，因为这个和travel那个不一样

打电话问了tier1,对方说我的case在field office.回复RFE后一般60天后也就是10月中
旬会有结果.同时确认了错误的网上状态不会block我的case审批.我要求tier1帮忙转
tier2看看还能不能看到更多信息,现在我还在等call back.

I think you can redeem into another person's BofA account but I doubt you'll
be able to get 10% bonus

美林换机票可以达到1000， 其他两张只有200一张，
因为都是soft pull?

这个机票如果单张价格超过500刀 还能换吗？
我看了一下term，25k点数换一张机票，价格upto 500。如果这样的话，真实兑换起来
，50k很难等值到1000刀

然后今天登陆boa网站也能看到多了两个卡，虽然都是NEA（不是一个NEA一个MTA），但
是再check status时候却变成in review了
老余以前碰见过这个情况嘛？
这时候不晓得该不该打电话，因为担心打电话怕说这两个卡是一样的，duplicate
application然后只给一张。请指点~~~

a more funny thing is for my LD
Her application shows under review when I click submit;
then check status after about 1 hour, shows unable to approve
today when I found my issue, I checked her status again, shows in review
again. But in her BOA account, there is no new 123 card as me
I think I will call BOA for her case, since she only applied one card and
got pending, I won't worry the duplicate application, at the same time I can
ask CSR about why the status changing from pending->deny->pending by the
way.
For my case, I will wait to see whether they will mail the cards to me

I have no idea whether there is difference on all of them
But I think NEA and MTA should be two different version of this 123 card,
like different teams for MLB as last time.
After approved for NEA and MTA (I used the original post links), I haven't
try to use the 3rd one and 4th one. But even for this case, on my BOA
account, the two new cards shows NEA for both of them.
But as long as BOA will combine all the applications into one HP, if you don
't mind, for sure you can try to apply all of them since they have different
priority code.
I read a article said BOA don't allow SAME card application within 90 days
now, just for your information...

谢谢你的信息。上次的MLB我没有申请。几个月前我申请了两张Alaska，
其中一张Pending了，我打电话后就过了。你可以等等看再打电话问。

我觉得是他系统的那几天的问题，我没打电话（因为申请第二天就看到账户了），后来

a more funny thing is for my LD
Her application shows under review when I click submit;
then check status after about 1 hour, shows unable to approve
today when I found my issue, I checked her status again, shows in review
again. But in her BOA account, there is no new 123 card as me
I think I will call BOA for her case, since she only applied one card and
got pending, I won't worry the duplicate application, at the same time I can
ask CSR about why the status changing from pending->deny->pending by the
way.
For my case, I will wait to see whether they will mail the cards to me

try to use the 3rd one and 4th one. But even for this case, on my BOA
account, the two new cards shows NEA for both of them.
But as long as BOA will combine all the applications into one HP, if you don
't mind, for sure you can try to apply all of them since they have different
priority code.
I read a article said BOA don't allow SAME card application within 90 days
now, just for your information...

我觉得是他系统的那几天的问题，我没打电话（因为申请第二天就看到账户了），后来
看status自己就变成congrats了。然后就收到email说卡已经寄出来了
所以我觉得是他系统那几天抽风

但是上周六超市买菜突然用不了。晚上回家在Costco网站用也说不能process。打电话
给客服，说她看了账号没有任何问题，让我第二天再试。第二天试了还是不行。星期一
又打电话，客服转他们负责安全审核的部门，一哥们说帮我reset了一下。马上就可以
用。当时在上班，所以没有试。今天去买菜，又是不能用“transaction not captured
". 打电话给客服，转给了安全部门，一声音很甜的姐们，验证了电话，地址，驾照，
还问我BOA的ATM卡的后四位，告诉她不记得ATM卡放哪儿了。左后她说应该没问题了，
问我想不想在Costco网上再试一下。我试了一下，还是不行。她就说让马内急看看咋回
事儿。过了一会儿回来告诉我，10月份很多人开卡的fraud。所以很多卡都被ban了。需
要马内急批准。弄好后又当场在Costco下单试了一下，通过了。
估计咱们这种一下子开多张卡让他们承受不了。

是的，同碰到。
头一天还能用，第二天买菜用不了，然后去加油站测试也不行。回来打电话，接通的不
是BOA的专门cash rewards客服，而是NEA，然后说明情况之后再转接，一通电话半个多
小时。。。
接着上周接到两个电话要求验证我的驾照号，地址，还有debit卡上次交易的地点和金
额。
感觉很谨慎，不过说句心里话，这个卡拿了开卡的bonus之后确实意义不大了就。
