only a few company do vlsi design
most are JV, such like NEC, ST,
the others are huawei, zhong xing
In those JV company, u can hope to do some analog design
but not very complex one, and i dun think they really try to design some thing
in huawei and zhongxing, most job are done about digital circuit design,
with synopsys tools.
they are not too bad, and also they are trying to design analog circuit.
what they need now is experienced engineer.
But if u wanna go to huawei and zhongxing , some back
