This happens all the time to me. The paper
is either related to your previous journal
publication or is within the area of
expertise of your advisor.
These days many editors are having troubles
finding reviewers.
Reviwing paper should be a very positive
experience provided time permits. But don't
over do it.
If you are busy and can not commit, or perhaps
this is not close to your area, just decline it
nicely or suggest someone who is qualified
to review this paper.
