How to set the figure window size to fit the plot area
size?
I am displaying a square area, and want to set the
figure in this way. The figure window is by default
a rectangular.

忘了具体哪个命令，aspect ratio是可以设置1:1的吧？

that only makes the figure in rectangular area.
What I want is to make the window fit the size of figure.

如果用的是7.0以后的版本，x，y axis的范围是可以调整的，直接在x，y axis输入你
要看的坐标范围就行了

simple one, axis equal, then axis tight, but this will still leave
blank area around the axes.
Use figure and axes handles with "set" & "get" for "Position" to get
precision control. This can be quite troublesome if you want to absolutely
make the figure sit in the same position in a GUI, i.e.,
axesPos = get(gca, 'Position');
figPos = get(gcf, 'Position');
axesUnit = get(gca, 'Units'); %default is proportion, if yours isn't,
modify
figUnit = get(gcf, 'Units'); % default is pixel
